Jacob sanders, realtor

Jacob Sanders is a real estate professional on Alabama's Smith Lake, one of the most scenic and storied lakes in the Southeast. When most realtors market their listings the same way, with static photos, generic drone flyovers, and standard property tours, Jacob wanted to do something different. He wanted to sell the lifestyle, the history, and the place itself, not just the property.

Jacob was one of RenVision Media's earliest clients, and the work we built together became some of our first proof of what story-driven real estate marketing could really do. We partnered with him to build a series of cinematic, historical storytelling videos focused on Smith Lake, the homes around it, and the people drawn to it. These weren't traditional real estate videos. They were short films about a place, with Jacob as the guide. The kind of work that respects the viewer first and asks for the sale second.

Those videos became the foundation of Jacob's YouTube channel, which has since grown into a real audience of Smith Lake fans, local buyers, and people drawn to the lake from outside the region. The work hasn't just earned views. It's directly contributed to closed home sales with buyers who arrived at conversations already emotionally invested in the place. And the YouTube presence keeps compounding, bringing in new audiences every month and adding more inbound leads to Jacob's pipeline.

What we built for Jacob: A long-running content partnership built around YouTube as the primary channel. A series of cinematic narrative-driven videos exploring Smith Lake's history, character, and unique homes. Drone-led aerial work to showcase the scale of the lake and the properties. Lifestyle and on-the-water cinematography that put potential buyers inside the experience of owning a home on Smith Lake. Branded marketing assets that ladder into Jacob's YouTube channel, his website, his social media, and his listing materials.

The outcomes: A YouTube channel built from zero into an engaged audience of Smith Lake fans and qualified buyers. Direct attribution to closed home sales on Smith Lake. A long-term content engine that compounds with every new video, bringing in new viewers and new buyers month after month.
