These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of renvisionmedia.com (the "Site") and any services provided by RenVision Media LLC ("RenVision Media," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Who we are
RenVision Media LLC is an Alabama limited liability company providing video production, video marketing, advertising management, and related creative services to businesses.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective and existing clients to contact us, submit inquiries, and access information about our services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.
You may not use the Site to transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, scrape content for commercial purposes, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and design, is the property of RenVision Media or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Services and engagements
Information on the Site about our services, packages, and pricing is for general informational purposes. Specific terms governing any client engagement, including scope of work, deliverables, payment terms, intellectual property ownership of work product, and termination rights, will be set forth in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Payment for services is processed through Square after a written agreement is signed. We do not collect payments directly through the Site.
Communications and SMS
By submitting your contact information through the Site, the chat widget, or any other RenVision Media intake channel, you consent to be contacted by us regarding your inquiry through the channels you've indicated.
If you opt in to receive SMS communications by checking the SMS consent checkbox on a form, you are agreeing to receive marketing and informational text messages from RenVision Media at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.
SMS consent is not required to use the Site, submit a form, or engage our services. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time without affecting any other relationship or service.
Mobile information collected through SMS opt-in is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of those third parties. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimers
The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any video, advertising, or marketing services described on the Site. Results vary based on numerous factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenVision Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any services described on it. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
This limitation does not apply to any contractual obligations set forth in a signed engagement agreement, which will govern client relationships separately.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RenVision Media, its members, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cullman County, Alabama, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at renvisionmedia.com with the effective date noted at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
